Overview and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdjai ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdjai website and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdjai platform.

By accessing the bdjai platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. bdjai reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bdjai platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be satisfied at the time of registration and must remain satisfied for the duration of your account's active status.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. bdjai conducts age verification during KYC and may request documentation including a national identity card (NID) at any time.
• 2You must be a natural person and must not be acting on behalf of any third party, organisation, or business entity when using bdjai.
• 3You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and must update this information if it changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• 4You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or affiliate of bdjai or any of its associated companies, nor an immediate family member of such persons, when registering or using a player account.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each registered bdjai account is personal to the individual player. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the bdjai platform.

• 1Each player is permitted to hold one bdjai account only. If bdjai identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different names or contact details — all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• 2Account credentials — including username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. bdjai will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• 3You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your national identity card and confirmation of your registered Bangladesh mobile number. bdjai may request additional documentation at its discretion.
• 4bdjai reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time if it reasonably believes the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that could expose bdjai to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• 5Players are responsible for reporting any suspected unauthorised access or suspicious activity on their bdjai account to the support team as soon as they become aware of it. Contact us at [email protected].

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at bdjai are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported internet banking services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• 2The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bdjai does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or unverified payment details.
• 3Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within one hour during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or scheduled maintenance. bdjai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• 4bdjai applies zero transaction fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Any fees charged by the player's own bank or mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the player and are outside bdjai's control.
• 5bdjai reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to verify the identity of the account holder, the source of deposited funds, or the legitimacy of the withdrawal request.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdjai offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms specified in this section and to any additional terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• 1All bonuses credited to your bdjai account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the bonus offer terms at the time of issue.
• 2Bonus funds and any winnings accrued from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Once the wagering requirement is satisfied, the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal subject to the standard verification procedures.
• 3bdjai reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus offer is withdrawn before a player has met the qualifying conditions, the bonus will be removed from the account without compensation.
• 4Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement terms. One welcome bonus per player. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — is a prohibited act under Section 6 of these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at bdjai. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, bets voided, and funds withheld pending investigation. bdjai reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

• 1Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with bdjai, including impersonating another person or submitting forged identity documents.
• 2Colluding with other players or third parties to fix outcomes, exploit platform mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered by bdjai.
• 3Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game or feature on bdjai.
• 4Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities on the bdjai platform to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage not intended by bdjai. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• 5Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing responsible gaming restrictions, avoiding account suspensions, or any other purpose that involves circumventing the single-account rule set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdjai platform — including but not limited to the bdjai brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of bdjai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdjai platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of bdjai.

Any unauthorised use of bdjai's intellectual property — including scraping platform content, reproducing game assets, or using the bdjai name or logo in any form without permission — may result in legal action. bdjai actively monitors for infringement and will pursue remedies available under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill. bdjai's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdjai makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or events outside bdjai's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. bdjai will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows where possible.

8. Responsible Gaming

bdjai is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are in place to support players in maintaining healthy gaming habits.

• 1Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits directly from their bdjai account settings. These restrictions take effect immediately upon activation and, where they represent a reduction of an existing limit, cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period.
• 2Players may request a self-exclusion period of a defined duration from their account settings or by contacting bdjai support. During self-exclusion, the player's account is suspended, login is blocked, and no deposits or bets may be placed. bdjai will not send promotional communications to a self-excluded player for the duration of the exclusion period.

9. Termination and Suspension

bdjai reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bdjai determines at its sole discretion that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent or criminal activity, or in any manner that exposes bdjai or its partners to risk. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to genuine play — as determined by bdjai — will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Funds derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

You may close your bdjai account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdjai will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds within the standard processing timeframe. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdjai operates as an online gaming platform providing services to adult players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction.

bdjai does not represent or warrant that the use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If you are accessing bdjai from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and bdjai accepts no responsibility for any resulting consequences.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bdjai reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect player rights in a significant way — bdjai will endeavour to provide at least seven days' advance notice by posting a notice on the bdjai platform or by sending an email to the registered address on the affected player accounts.

Your continued use of the bdjai platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
